Korrigan Consort Performs Selah

The KORRIGAN CONSORT performs SELAH, for female vocal quartet and harp, on their program A BLUE TRUE DREAM OF SKY, on June 15 at 7:15 p.m. at University College Chapel in Oxford, UK. Commissioned by Scottish Voices and their conductor Graham Hair, it is a setting of verses from four psalms in the original Hebrew: Psalm 46, 13, 61 and 148. The title refers to the word found at the end of numerous verses, including a number of those in the psalms listed above. Its exact meaning is a mystery.
