Flutist Lindsey Goodman Performs For the Fallen

Flutist Lindsey Goodman performs For the Fallen for amplified flute and electronics made from processing recordings of the Maria Dolens Peace Bell in Rovereto, IT. She is presenting it on her program, named For the Fallen, offered as a memorial concert for COVID-19 victims, presented by the Social Distance Sessions on Facebook and also including music by Elainie Lillios and Roger Dannenberg.  Lindsey recorded For the Fallen Song on her terrific CD Returning to Heights Unseen,  and you  can also hear it on Spotify and the other usual streaming services. Other versions of For the Fallen  are also available, including the original for trumpet, commissioned by Ivano Ascari,  as well as a version for amplified cello.
