Featured saxophonist Drew Whiting performs For the Fallen on the  Chicago Composers Consortium’s Electroacoustic music Concert New Sounds New Instruments. For the Fallen is scored for amplified soprano sax and electronics fashioned from the Peace Bell in Rovereto, It. Originally fashioned from cannons melted after WWII, it is rung ever day in remembrance of the fallen in all wars.  Other composers on the program include Trevor Adams, Amos Gillespie,Timothy Ernest Johnson, Ed Martin, Kyong Mee Choi and more!
